My garage door spring broke for the 3rd time. Called Precision and they came out the next day- Sunday. Chris P was super nice, professional and informative. First experience dealing with Precision but see your trucks all over Atlantis. My technician was Chris P and what a wonderful technician. Very knowledgeable and wouldn't leave until everything was installed and in order, including the wi-fi setup and my cars. What a great employee you have there. Love my new Liftmaster and will definitely recommend your company to others.
